Dear friends,
as you know, my beloved Mercurial Minutes is a rather chaotic vessel for all my creative outputs - from long-form essays on occultism and AI to delirious writing snippets and random shower thoughts. You sort of never know what’s coming… today I would like to share with you just a few disorganised bits and updates ~
Thoth Hermes Podcast
A few weeks ago, I visited Vienna to tour some magnificent crypts and record an interview with Rudolf from the Thoth Hermes Podcast. We were onto all the good stuff - esoteric aspects of language, multiverse generators, simulacra, machine theurgy, sacred alphabets… the usual weirdery.
The whole episode has been video recorded too, so you can see almost two hours of my awkward hand gestures on YouTube above. Or you can listen to the audio-only on your preferred streaming platform →
We actually had so much fun talking that Rudolf invited me to co-host a special monthly series on the interfaces between Science and Occultism! We will interview philosophers and scientists from various fields together, exploring the territory - starting with Dr Jeff Kripal scheduled for October.
I’m very excited about this, so stay tuned for more!
They Still Shoot Horses Streaming Now
It’s actually been already a month now, but my first solo album under the alter ego Eva Kadmon - They Still Shoot Horses is streaming now. It’s a noisy concoction of the usual themes I’ve been immersed in, drugged-out Cold War paranoia, Ballardian voyeurism and a spiritual study of the carnal violence of the divine feminine. Someone on the last gig called it banshee-core and I found that really cute.
The physical for the release is a mini zine with a double-sided colourful front page, 3 double-sided A4 bw printed pages with lyrics, deep-fried images and additional materials from the Stargate project, building up Eva’s cosmology. It’s nothing fancy really, I might pack in a few stickers too. Features pictures from a shooting with wonderful evangeline.irl, another of those magickal encounters - much more to come from this frontier.
Support the artist and head over to Bandcamp and get your copy ❤️ or just give it a stream on any of your -c̶u̶r̶s̶e̶d̶- preferred streaming behemoths.

Aaaand I’ll be conducting a series of AI ESP experiments, as mentioned in the previous article on Artificial Synchronicity. If you’re interested in joining these, please register here and I’ll update you in a separate thread about times, set-up and other stuff.
Thank you for following my work in its multifaceted nature, I really appreciate that.
Stay kind and have a good weekend,
