actually, I'm not 100% sure, after asking the model itself, it told me:
"I am constantly being updated and improved by OpenAI, but my responses to your questions are generated based on my entire training dataset, which includes knowledge up to September 2021."
but exactly as I mentioned in the article.. who knows if it's true? :D
